Reviews and Ratings
The hotel did a fantastic job setting up the room beautifully for our wedding ceremony, but it was a bit too warm at the top of the stairs. The staff were helpful and friendly, instantly accommodating our needs. The location was perfect for our stay in a lovely village, but the glass door not closing properly was a security concern. The dining experience fell short of expectations, missing key items, although pre-orders were available with strict mask policies. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positive and negative experiences, making for a memorable stay.
My stay at the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks. The rooms, although cozy with a comfortable bed, had a strong smell of smoke in a supposed non-smoking room, along with mold in the bathroom and a broken bath. The service, overall pleasant, had a minor hiccup with one staff member affecting our experience, but they made up for it in other areas. The location was convenient for our travels but had minor maintenance issues. The dining experience fell short, offering overpriced food of subpar quality. Despite these flaws, the facilities had some redeeming qualities.
The hotel had some major issues with cleanliness in the rooms, but the staff was nice and refunded us. The noise from a fan and food smells were a bit bothersome. However, they did a beautiful job setting up for our wedding.
